KAYLINE LIMITED WARRANTY
Kayline Manufacturing warrants to the original purchaser of any product it manufactures, that the product will be free of defects and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase. Such obligations under this warranty shall be limited to the repair or replacement, at Kayline's discretion of any assembly or part which upon examination by Kayline proves to be defective. Exclusions From Limited Warranty Damaged caused by: abuse, vandalism, collision, fire, incorrect installation, improper cleaning, modifications or alterations to the product or damage in transit is not covered by this warranty. Due to atmospheric conditions and chemicals found in smog, smoke, dust , fog, abrasive cleaners, etc., Zippers are guaranteed to be in perfect working condition when leaving the factory. There is no Returns must be pre-approved and have Kayline's issued RGA number attached. Any defective items must be returned with proof of purchase to Kayline Manufacturing Company, 200 East 64th. Ave., Denver, CO. 80221, freight pre-paid. Items returned must be carefully packed, in a clean condition, with plastic windows protected from scratching and creasing. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from abuse, misuse, alteration, accident or damage in transit. Kayline's obligations under this warranty are limited to the aforementioned repair or replacement of warranty defects for which return authorization has been received during the warranty period, and KAYLINE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM BREACH OF THIS OR ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY. * Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
Turner 4WD Parts Company Policy Turner 4WD Parts Company is an authorized warehouse distributor for Kayline Manufacturing Company. Top kits are not sold for evaluation. Top kits are factory sealed, warranted and inspected by Kayline Manufacturing. Many tops contain dozens of hardware items that can not be inspected and accounted for by us upon return. We also have no method of "factory" sealing a returned top kit, therefore ONLY un-opened cartons can be accepted for return for credit or refund. We only want to sell 1st. quality merchandise and we understand when you pay hard earned dollars you want to receive a factory fresh un-opened carton as well. Should you have a problem with a top purchase, we will me more than happy to assist in any warranty returns and work with you and Kayline to resolve any problems. If you are not quite sure of your color, we have sample material swatches available that may assist you. Please note that special order tops, colors and accessories must be prepaid and are non-refundable and non-cancelable after the material has been cut.
General Company And Site Wide Policy Prices: We try to insure all information on this site is correct and timely, however prices are subject to change without prior notice.
